Senate recount: What happens now?

Last update: April 7, 2009 - 10:06 PM

• Several issues remain, concerning missing ballots and alleged double-counting of votes. The vote totals involved don't appear large enough to reverse the outcome.

• The court will deal with all remaining issues in its final order, but it hasn't said when that will come.

• The Coleman camp says it will appeal the decision to the state Supreme Court. It would have 10 days to do so.
