McCain's town hall forum to be at Lakeville school

Last update: October 7, 2008 - 12:30 AM

Lakeville South High School will be the setting for John McCain's visit to Minnesota on Friday.

A "trademark John McCain town hall forum" will be held by the Republican presidential nominee at the high school gym, said state campaign spokesman Tom Steward.

Cindy McCain will introduce her husband before he takes questions from the audience, Steward said. The forum is scheduled to begin at 4 p.m., with doors opening at 1 p.m., he said. Anyone interested in attending the ticketed event should call the state campaign headquarters at 651-356-8251.
