How the House voted on teen driving restrictions

 Votes Thursday as the House, on a 69-59 vote, preserved a measure to impose new restrictions on new teen drivers. Voting against the new restrictions were 22 Democrats and 37 Republicans. Voting for them were 59 Democrats and 10 Republicans.
