Senate vote on stripping provisions from health bill

Votes Thursday as the Senate, on a 32-33 vote, rejected a measure to remove key administrative provisions from a health care bill. Voting yes were 20 Democrats and 12 Republicans. Voting no were 25 Democrats and 8 Republicans.
