Ten thousand people marched peacefully from the State Capitol to the Xcel Energy Center on Monday to protest the Iraq war, but a few hundred caused problems during protests in the ensuing days.
408 Number of arrests in St. Paul in connection with the Republican National Convention through 10 p.m. Thursday. The number may go much higher because of arrests late Thursday.
