Surgical technologists and surgical technology students participated in a mock knee replacement procedure in the Great Hall of the Capitol Thursday, April 11, 2013 to bring attention to to bills that would ensure standards for the now unregulated profession.
Representatives Paul Anderson, left, and Mike Sundin, right watched the mock knee replacement intently. Sundin's father recently had the procedure and Sundin himself has been told he needs one soon.
Senators Bill Ingebrightsen and Sean Nienow watched the mock knee replacement.
