Rybak speaks to the Democratic National Convention

Minneapolis Mayor Tuesday night took the Democratic National Convention stage to repeat a pitch he has been making for six years: Barack Obama is what the country needs.
"Today we can ... say that in the toughest of times, this President delivered for the middle class," Rybak said.
