Gov. Mark Dayton is almost done naming his commissioners.
On Tuesday, he announced his pick for the Department of Administration commissioner and then named Kevin Lindsey, an attorney in the Ramsey County Attorney's office, as his Human Rights Commissioner.
Those picks leave just the Bureau of Mediation Services spot unannounced and then the DFL governor will complete his cabinet.
Last year, Lindsey was the Ramsey County attorney's office point person in arguing against KSTP's request to get information about the 2008 absentee ballots.
