• Testimony was brief Monday, upstaged by a letter to the court from Norm Coleman's lawyers asking the three-judge panel to reconsider parts of its ruling Friday. All votes and voters must be treated equally, Coleman's lawyers say, under the U.S. Constitution's guarantee of "equal protection of the laws" for all citizens.
