3 ways our elections could get better

1 Extend the number of days that people can vote by allowing early voting for everyone --not just those with a documentable reason.

2 Use early voting to alleviate long lines on Election Day, take pressure off precinct election judges and help reduce human error.

3 Consider the option of establishing an instant runoff in close races, such as the Coleman-Franken squeaker.
