Rep. Jim Ramstad was the only member of Minnesota's House delegation to change his vote on the $700 billion financial bailout plan in today's vote.
Ramstad, who voted no on Monday, voted yes today. He had said he would vote yes in part because the new version of the bill requires equal health insurance coverage for mental and physical illnesses when policies cover both, a cause Ramstad has long championed.
How the Minnesota delegation voted:
Yes: Democrats Keith Ellison, Betty McCollum, and Jim Oberstar; Republicans John Kline and Ramstad.
No: Republican Michele Bachmann; Democrats Collin Peterson and Tim Walz.
