Three Minnesota services will take place later this month for longtime Minnesota Congressman Jim Oberstar, who died last month.

According to Oberstar's Facebook page, the services will take place at the University of Minnesota in Minneapolis June 26, followed by two others in his hometown of Chisholm and Duluth June 27. Oberstar, an Iron Range Democrat who was the state's longest-running congressman with 18 terms from 1979-2011. He died in his sleep last month at age 79.
