Special session on flood set for Friday

Gov. Mark Dayton and legislative leaders are to meet in special session on Friday to pass a $167.5 million flood relief package for Duluth, northeastern Minnesota and other areas hit by flash floods and windstorms in June and July.

The one-day session, which begins at 2 p.m., will be limited to the disaster relief bill. Check for updates at StarTribune.com
