Sixth-grader Christina Hall turned back to talking with friends after making sure that viewers knew she wrote “Bye Sandburg” on the chalkboard. Sandburg Middle School in Golden Valley, dedicated 50 years ago by poet Carl Sandburg, will close its doors for good next week.
