Jamie Heipel stands in the loby of the Green Institute The Green Institute is behind on its loans and trying to cut costs enough to stay in business. Heipel has been working for the past several months to try to right a financially shaky situation. Like to get a shot of him with the Phillips Eco-Enterprise Center that the Institute built, and where it has its office. The institute is in some danger of losing the facility to foreclosure.
