Michael Bayly is executive director of CPCSM (Catholic Pastoral Committee on Sexual Minorities). He had just met with other members about holding a prayer vigil outside of St. Joan of Arc Church in south Minneapolis to show disagreement with Twin Cities Archbishop John Neinstedt's decision that the church can't host its annual gay pride prayer service.
