Birchwood Dental employees and their guests enjoyed drinks and a four-course dinner during the company’s holiday party on the third floor of Il Vesco Vino. It was the group’s second year holding their holiday party there because they had so much fun last year. But Henry Buffalo, manager of the St. Paul restaurant, said holiday-party revenue has dropped from $42,000 last year to about $25,000 this year.
