Sargent street just off Cretin Blvd is closed off, cars are removed from the curb and almost everyone on the street celebrates Halloween night in a big way. They folks on the street expect 1000-1200 children to come to their house. The pumpkin is cut from a two large sheets of plywood, only one of the many house that will be decorated for Halloween night.
