May 7, 2008 - Brooklyn Center, MN -Children played on the Center Pointe apartment complex in Brooklyn Center playground. City officials say North Oaks landlords Hyder and Asgher Jaweed are among the worst property owners they have seen because their large aprtment complexes have fallen into disrepair, including a broken playground, apartments that need repair, and overflowing garbage areas.
