Dave Andert and his family were attracted to their three-bedroom house because of its spacious living room with a picturesque view. Andert, a former loan officer, studied his mortgage carefully but believes an unscrupulous lender switched the papers before he signed them. The family was left with an adjustable rate and no disability insurance.
