Kathy Rose, husband Nick Baumann, and son Noah,12, and Hannah,10,(not pictured), sat down to enjoy a meal that included grilled venison tenderloin with a black expresso rub. Noah said he preferred venison to beef. "We are informed and careful," said Nick about the issue of lead left in deer meat. He says his concern is mitigated by the fact he processes his own venison and is careful to look out for any bullet fragments.
