More than two hundred bicyclists gathered for a memorial ride, which included visits to several sites in the metro area where bicycle riders have been killed in recent weeks. The ride began on Summit Ave. near Snelling Ave. in St. Paul, where Virginia Heuer Bower was killed while riding her bicycle.
