John Pietras flipped over a stained-glass panel he was fabricating in his Stillwater studio so he could solder the other side. Each piece the business designs is custom made for its space. Pietras said working with glass requires focus, care and lots of patience. “At every stage, it’s an exercise in patience,” he said.
