Daniel Seman owner of Avalon Fortress Security, filed for bankruptcy in August -- as many of his corporate clients cut back on spending for security due to the slowing economy. To cut costs, Seman now doing night security patrols -- checking on area banks, factories, etc. -- just like many of his own employees.
