Kevin Kvam prepared for a weekend of ice fishing with his son by drilling holes in his ice house on Lake Minnetonka. Of a recent rash of thefts from houses, Kvam says anglers are hoping to catch the thieves. “They’re gonna want to know where the gear is. It’s not gonna be pretty.”
