Margaret Wang, 4, waved a flag as her sister Sophia, 2, held onto their father, Ke Wang, who became a U.S. citizen in St. Paul on Wednesday. He was one of about 250 people from more than 50 countries who received their citizenship in a ceremony presided over by U.S. District Judge Donovan Frank.
