Homes on W. 44th Street in Edina, MN. Edina has received a $5,000 grant from the Minnesota Historical Society to study bungalows in its historic Morningside neighborhood. Properties would then be considered for designation as an Edina Heritage Landmark. The city hopes to use the process to set up guidelines for how those homes are treated when renovation or replacement is planned.
