Congresswoman Michele Bachmann delivered her victory speech at the GOP election night gathering at the Bloomington Sheraton. She defeated DFL challenger Elwin Tinklenberg 46 percent to 43 percent. Observers say her “no” vote on the bailout was a plus. Her husband, Marcus, stood directly behind her.
