National Park Service rangers will lead tours to talk about the bridge, used by gangster John Dillinger to elude cops in the 1930s. The bridge has been closed for years, but Dakota County and the city of Inver Grove Heights have some ideas on how to save it as a pedestrian walkway or interpretive display.
