Lee Wallace, director of Peace Coffee, cheered as workers moved the catalytic oxidizer for Peace Coffee's new roaster into place Friday morning. The new roaster will make 150-pound batches of coffee, supplementing the 50-pounder that is now in use 14-hours-a-day. The catalytic oxidizer cleans the exhaust smoke ensuring the roasting process puts clean air back in the neighborhood.
