Twenty-month-old Harper Rabatin discovered the magic of music while exploring the sounds of a quarter size cello during the grand opening celebration at the New MacPhail Center for Music in Minneapolis. Activities for the weeklong event include performances, musical storytelling, opportunities to explore various instruments, and more. Harper attended the opening with his mother, Lenore Moritz.
