Hope Diamond, 7 and Abby Schoonver, 7, both of Apple Valley shared a swing at Kelly Park in Apple Valley Wednesday afternoon. The park was built in an area that had major plans for construction but plans have changed thanks to the housing market and the area around the park remains vacant.
