Tom Withers, left, was born and raised in Red Wing and bought Josephson’s in 1992, ending 114 years of family ownership. Last week he placed orders for clothes with Mark Albers, a sales representative from Hardwick Clothes, a 128-year-old family business in Cleveland, Tenn.
