Second-graders Emma Mockenhaupt, leff, and Ingrid Sampson read along with their classmates at the Twin Cities German Immersion School in St. Paul. The school has 167 students in kindergarten through third grade, and it will expand when it moves to its new location on University Avenue over the summer.
