The Dinkydome, a campus landmark, is about to change hands, and the owners have plans to redevelop it to a mix of apartments and retail. That could mean changes for some of its small stores and restaurants, some of which have occupied the building for several years. At the same time, the redevelopment could provide some badly-needed housing in a prime spot near the U of M campus.
