John Batchel worked Tuesday to prepare a 29-foot Puma travel trailer for Noble RV’s third anniversary sale this weekend. Noble’s sales have been rising even as the economy shivers and fuel costs soar. Partner Mike Noble said they’re a less-expensive getaway than a second home by a lake.
