Seth Couenhoven and his mom, Sarah, placed trays of their Thuro Bread nutrition bars on trays for baking. The small start-up company rents commercial kitchen space from St. Paul Incubator Kitchen. The Couenhovens have been coming to the bakery every Wednesday since January.
