Dr. Julie Jacko is one of two high profile professors in the University of MInnesota�s prestigious School of Public Health who are under investigation for alleged double-dipping. Their former employer, Georgia Tech, maintains they signed new employment contracts after accepting the UM jobs in October 2007. GT officials, according to the Atlanta Journal Constitution, have identified $100,000 in questionable payments to the couple (who are married) adn have moved to revoke their tenure and have sent allegations to Georgia AG for further investigation.
