Dakota County has hired her to find new ways to make sure inmates are able to get out, and stay out. Hodges is the first ever Dakota County jail outreach coordinator. Given the national statistics, hiring folks who can find creative ways to keep people from coming back to jail or prison could become a national trend, according to Dakota County officials.
