Seven-year-old Onea Miller demanded the attention of leaders including from left, Minneapolis Mayor R.T. Rybak, Minnesota Senator Amy Klobuchar, and U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) Secretary Shaun Donovan, as they were led through her neighborhood in the Jordan area during a tour to assess the foreclosure crisis in North Minneapolis.
