A Minneapolis police cruiser drove past Iowa National Guard Member Aaron Jacbson, who was keeping watch at a checkpoint. Help came from law enforcement agencies all over the Twin Cities. Scores of law enforcement personel and social service workers are in Cedar Rapids helping out with flood relief.
