Thompson, the Judicial District Administrator for the Fourth Judicial District, held onto the last six days worth of cases filed by attorneys seeking to collect unpaid credit card bills and other loans the public has defaulted on in Hennepin County. The county marked a 71% increase in 2007 over 2006.
