Peter Von Sien calls himself a book scout. He uses an electronic scanner to find valuable books at book sales and re-sells them on the internet. Here, Von Sien scanned books at the Eden Prairie Library benefit book sale Friday morning. Library volunteers are dealing with this new group of competitive book buyers who use scanners to get ahead of other buyers.
