Xuan Loc Dang, center, thanked Jim Haglund, who with his wife, Kathy, financed Dang’s trip to Minneapolis to see her daughter Chau “Tina” Nguyen graduate from Augsburg College on Saturday. At her mother’s urging, Nguyen came here to further her education.
