The boots representing Marine Pfc. Moises A. Langhorst of Moose Lake, killed April, 5, 2004, and 58 other pairs of boots representing other Minnesota military casualties in Iraq were part of the memorial service at the Minnesota State Capitol Rotunda on Wednesday.
