At the Ancient Traders Market, Theresa Carr and her non-profit Neighborhoods! organization have transformed a six-block radius in the Phillips neighborhood by creating jobs and reducing crime through the creation of businesses. She hopes to bring the same magic to a development in North Minneapolis.
