Education finance committee chair Rep. Paul Marquart, DFL-Dilworth, said the bill will raise funding and guarantee all districts at least $300 per student in of equity and referendum revenue.


Assistant Minority Leader Kelby Woodard, R-Belle Plaine, listened to the DFL leaders from the back of the room before giving the GOP response.
