Pat Neshek's ballboy brother makes spectacular Target Field catch + video
June 20, 2013 — 7:39pm
During the fourth inning of Thursday's game at Target Field, Alexei Ramirez of the White Sox hit a line drive -- sharp but foul -- toward the left field stands.
But before it could threaten fans in the good seats beyond third base, the ball was caught by a leaping Twins ballboy, a video clip that has already found its way to the MLB website.
But that's not just any ballboy. As Jamie Hersch of Fox Sports North disclosed a couple of innings later, the ballboy is Paul Neshek, the younger brother of former Twins pitcher (and current Oakland reliever) Pat Neshek.
And as Pat Neshek put it Thursday evening:
No fricken way...my brother Paul is on ESPN for play of the night, holy cow what a catch, check it out. http://t.co/rlJthPEnml
