I have to dispute Garrison Keillor's claim that "A Prairie Home Companion""in its essence ... has very little to do with Lake Wobegon ... with Guy Noir."

The humor and skits in his radio program are why I listen. Without them, I would not bother to turn on the program.

 Please do not deprive me of the news from Lake Wobegon, the life of the cowboys and the delicious political satire!
