Sometimes it is just the simple, small things that bring a smile and make you happy.
On Sunday, it was watching Minnesota Vikings defensive end Jared Allen raising his right arm, exhorting fans to make more noise. This man — who probably hits the weight room six days out of seven — has a jiggle.
To all of my sisters out there who have had their children and grandchildren strum what hangs down from their upper arms, I can only say that if it's good enough for Jared, it's good enough for me.
Jiggle on, Jared. Jiggle on.
